Pros

It's a great company to work for, everyone is really nice and the company culture encourages your own personal style. Work hours are flexible if you want to come in earlier/later. The company makes it easy for you to ease in and learn.

Cons

Open concept office means it can get hectic and loud from time to time, there are also a lot of activities that happen during the day. Can definitely get distracting but I haven't had a huge problem with it.

The connections you make with your coworkers as well as your clients are immense. You gain clients by offering them services outside of thermal styling and your loyal clients will follow you wherever you go after you grow. Finding coverage for emergencies were almost never an issue. CASH TIPS!!!

Cons

There were sometimes no breaks or lunches due to the high turnover rates. Your hands will ache like crazy after more than 2/3 years, self care is a must!!!
