Pros

Flexible schedule, you meet great people (the clients and coworkers)

Cons

They DO NOT pay a livable wage to their employees and that is why the quality of the staff has declined over the years. This is especially an issue since they have all their locations in upscale communities. Many employees burn out because they are commuting from at least 30 minutes away(this is true for most LA locations). Moving up the ladder is very political and NOT based on merit.

Pros

Lots of tips, lots of oppotunity to pick up more shifts. Set schedule

Cons

When it's slow they shorten your shift to save on labor cost

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

When hired we were hired as a from home position, this then changed to a in office position. Due to family commitments I informed them that the transition would take a little while. However next I know I am terminated. There is no team atmosphere here, and wouldn't recommend it to others
