I get to be around and meet new women who're amazing and talented and show me different aspects in life or in the shop. A few tears but more laughs

Cons

Dealing with harsh close minded or picky clients because you try your best to satisfy and make the experience wonderful but sometimes it's never enough.

The people I've met through my years working at Drybar have really shaped my life and experience. So many fabulous, driven, beautiful souls.

Cons

That being said, there is a huge disconnect between each shop and upper level corporate. A lot of the practices that have gone on in the past really dim the shine that was the essence of Drybar for so many years. Treating employees as robots and shops as a machine is not going to provide further growth of the brand and the culture of Drybar.
