      great coworkers (stylists at the same level), SOME training available, good discount on tools i guess, fun place to work if you forget that you're only being paid minimum wage.

      Cons

      over worked, under paid, under appreciated by management, no room for advancement. we were understaffed by a longshot and expectations were impossible to meet in terms of getting things accomplished. "do a 10 minute head massage, you get 1 dollar in commission!" cool how about no.

      Great company culture, room for advancement, positive atmosphere is a core value, management does not tolerate typical salon drama, cattiness. Great opportunity in the hair industry. I feel lucky to have found it.. you definitely get out what you put in here!
