Pros

I love the fact that we focus so much on education and the fact that there is always someone like me to help out with a client when things start to go south!

Cons

Training is tough when stylist don't have models to work on. Especially when the stylist needs lots if work. Blow drying is so new to the hair industry!

Pros

Talented stylists Training It says I have to enter 5 words but that's really all I have.

Cons

They require you to have a Cosmetology license which costs around $15,000 but pay $8-9 an hour. You do get tips but they are taxed so you don't receive your entire gratuity. No breaks Overbooked No sick pay No vacation No healthcare No fulltime hours $10 limit on commissions
