Free blowouts! Great people get hired and you can make long term friends. Great concept of a company, with SO much potential, and massive growth

Cons

Zero structure! Absolutley none, it's sink or swim and oyu will most likely swim. The world is expected out of their empolyees, but little is returned

Fun environment that helps create fun relationships with all employees. The company really values the customers experience, if you don't have a strong background with high end clientele this is a great place to get it. They are growing so quickly that opportunities are endless! They have an "A-Team" that focuses on products, and a "Master Stylist" team that focuses on helping stylists perfect their craft. If neither of those are what you want to do, the management team will help you grow into an assistant manager or manager, they love to provide growth for internal employees. It's very family oriented and they love to hear feedback from all employees!

Cons

They expect stylists to provide the absolute best service they can to each and every client!
