Pros

- nice co workers - great decor - good concept - full time hours/decent pay - great music/ movies all day - snacks and drinks

Cons

- no advancement opportunities - management sucks - always over booked, due to call center as well receptionists booking - there's always confusion with the booking process because most ppl will lie about what an ER said to them, once we Skype the ER's you can never find which ER actually said this so we end up taking too many customers - blowouts are booked for 35-40 mins when they can actually take about 45 mins or more so all appointments overlap - stylists never get a break we had to keep handing them tickets back to back because of overbooking - managers are non existing, they sit in their office all day as if they know it's a mad house - stylists are underpaid, their tips suck as well - dead end job for everyone , high turnover rate, new hires everyday so customers grow fond of someone and by the next week they're no longer working there

Pros

There is so much opportunity to grow with Drybar since they love to promote from within. Work hard and you will definitely see the benefits. The environment is very laid back and fun which makes coming to work every day something to look forward to. Great employees who tend to become more like friends and family rather than just co-workers.

Cons

Drybar is very fast-paced and things are constantly changing and growing. If multitasking isn't your thing, then Drybar may not be for you.
