Pros

Drybar is a start up company with great care for it's employees. They have an easy to follow dress code and offer Health Benefits. There is a ton of room to grow within the company and I definitely see myself here for a long time.

Cons

Drybar's fast paced environment isn't for everyone. I personally think it helps the day go by faster but, I could understand not everyone seeing it that way.

Pros

It's a company that does what they say. We look for similar personality traits at Drybar so everyone around me and in our shops are always welcoming and supportive. There are many growth opportunities and if you work hard the opportunities are endless. While it's a fast pace environment its something you go into the job knowing and I love it. I'm lucky enough to work around such great intelligent people.

Cons

Definitely can be a distracting environment at times, However I think it's a negative that is a positive. It causes me to focus more and is teaching more and more each day how to multi task.

Pros

If you are in between real salon jobs, this position keeps your styling skills up. Many of the stylists are very talented.

Cons

Staff is underpaid, management is disorganized, rude, and unqualified. Clients agree. Management only has retail experience and is basically ignorant to the world of cosmetology. They do not understand that they hurt their business be mistreating their workers. People with skills do take those skills with them when they leave, unlike retail where the same exact product is for sale regardless of who is selling it. The turnover is super high because this is essentially a dead end job. This company is begging for a lawsuit for its massive labor violations.
