Management is beyond unprofessional and totally unqualified.
You will be treated like you work in a sweatshop and be paid the same amount you would make at a mcdonalds. Because they only charge $40 a blowout, expect to only make between $5-$8 in tips. It is a corporation that truly does not care for their employees. They will say they love to hear feedback and are there to help, but be careful, if you think by reaching out to them will help your work environment, you are mistaken. Corporate makes no effort to help. You will not be given a raise no matter how long you are with the company. The only way you will move up in the company is if you are best friends with a manager.
Management is a complete joke.They will not respond to your phone calls or text messages or emails. She shows up an hour and half late to open up the shop and will not take the blame, she will blame it on a receptionist that was not even scheduled to work that day. If they are receiving complaints about the shop or about them, be prepared to be blamed for that.
