Business Outlook
Pros
It's constantly busy, so not any downtime which is ideal with a salon setting. Esthetically pleasing environment to work in. Clients are usually great, its fun to talk to so many different people. They are growing so quickly, and it is genuinely exciting to work for a company with such a huge potential.
Cons
Stylists are not paid enough, and from my understanding we are paid less than the bartenders (receptionists). Because of how overbooked it is, there is a lot of physical pain that comes along with the job. No benefits, impossible to call in sick, so as a result everyone is either just getting sick/just getting over being sick.
