Pros

Great money when its busy. Commission is competitive. You get to build your clientele for cut and color services in your salon.

Cons

Retaliation for asking for your breaks. Hostile management that talks down to you. Trainers that can barely do hair on their own. Higher ups push leadership to break labor laws up to and including changing hourly employees time clocks. Hourly Employees pressured into working off the clock. Entire staff instructed to not clock in on NYE 2016 and hours manually entered to avoid overtime. When you contact HR with any issues it takes months for them to act on claims. Harassment and retaliation happening daily.

Pros

fast paced and opportunity to lead good people

Cons

Stay away from this mess of a company, HR is terrible and you will work 12 hour days to make less than a living wage.

Pros

They’ll hire anyone so that’s good if you’re looking for a job. They don’t even care if you call out because they’re so desperate.

Cons

Worst company I’ve worked for ever. They treat their employees like slaves. Like a conveyor belt, just turn out blow out after blowout. They have no regards for anything but the Drybar way.
