Pros

Employee Discount,Has potential to be amazing but too many negative people

Cons

The upper management ( Shop & DM's ) is very unprofessional, they use vulgar language and talk at you instead of to you. Continuously looking for others to blame for their lack of knowledge and communication. There is ALWAYS he say she say going around. Just a bad tone to be set by leadership teams.

Pros

Make life long friendships, opportunity to grow from within

Cons

Staff inside the stores work back to back with out a break. Arms, shoulders, hands, and wrists all hurting. Then asked to stay longer and when say no they get told they aren't putting in enough. Labor control is one of the biggest focuses for the company so they have been changing people's time clocks to come in where they need to. Hoping that they don't get caught. No one feels comfortable going to anyone in upper management because they see how close everyone is and how all they do is post pictures of them partying together. So people just leave. There is always opportunity to grow because of how many people quit.

Pros

Talented stylists Training It says I have to enter 5 words but that's really all I have.

Cons

They require you to have a Cosmetology license which costs around $15,000 but pay $8-9 an hour. You do get tips but they are taxed so you don't receive your entire gratuity. No breaks Overbooked No sick pay No vacation No healthcare No fulltime hours $10 limit on commissions
