We are a small organization and it is difficult to provide lots of levels for promotion, however we work to create ladders within job titles and actively encourage staff to 'move up' when opportunities become available. This year we restructured a position so that we would not lose a valuable employee.

Worked with great people only good thing about that place

Cons

All staff are underpaid and overworked. Never enough help. Always loosing staff due to the company not standing up for the right employees. Communication is horrible. Admin doesn't listen to anyone's opinions.
