As mentioned above, our employee satisfaction scores are rising to impressive levels. Our management team has focused on feedback that we receive from the employee satisfaction survey and communicating and engaging with staff to improve our scores on salary and benefits, and improved orientation and training programs. Comments on this year's survey were positive and constructive regarding management and agency culture. I'm glad that you find satisfaction with your co-workers, they are a great group! Please consider providing feedback through the survey and the suggestion box, where each comment is individually and publicly addressed. Thanks. Pros

Clients and mission. Some staff were really hard working and really there for the right reason.

Cons

Administration abused funding, were abusive to staff, toxic. Did not offer appropriate supervision or time to manage the expectations of jobs including quotas, paperwork, meetings, consulting, and had staff overworked and burning out. Emotionally and Verbally abusive environment.

I'm sorry that you did not have a positive experience working at Duffy Health Center. Our employee satisfaction results for 2016 showed the highest score since 2013- 4.1/5.0. We are proud of our current team and the professionalism and compassion that they display every day. I'd like to know more about 'administration abused funding,' because we prioritize compliance with all federal and state grant and funding requirements. Our supervisor of case management services is a top notch, licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of management experience, who is beloved by her department. I hope that you have found the appropriate environment for you to realize your career goals.
