Pros

A great company! The company has high expectations for quality, safety and character. D&M has immense measured growth opportunity nationally. The pay has been very good, commensurate with the role. Benefits are great. Very quality and committed coworkers!

Cons

Not that I can think of. It’s construction and can be challenging at times with weather, travel, etc.

Plenty of room for growth and advancement. Enjoyed working with the people in the office and the field. They have a good group of leads and key personnel.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy to report. Focusing some of the recruitment efforts on the higher skilled craft force workers would be beneficial.
