Lots of work with overtime. More of a family atmosphere on jobsites making it easier to work. Good company for 1st timers to learn a trade. Above average wages. Office employees have zero problem working in field and getting dirty if needed. Open to employee input and ideas. More responsibility is available if you want to step up and take it. Easy to work with and get time off if wanted or needed.
Cons
Lots of work with overtime. It's a good thing but sometimes you just feel like all you do is work. Some jobs are not local, so you commute daily. They sometimes bid the work other companies are to scared to do and that increases the pressure to perform. Typical cons associated with construction work.
The overall culture is great, and great coworkers. Great benefits package and competitive pay. I like the yearly review structure and constant feedback. I feel heard and apart of the team. I am excited for the growth opportunities ahead.
