flexible with time in/out. occasionally you could work from home to take care of sick children.
Cons
not the company that it used to be. Does not matter if you put forth extra effort or time on a project or continual basis. If they decided the group was not a core component of the company, you would be gone. Lateral moves not much opportunity for growth.
