Pros

The company is well led and, I believe, makes a reasonable effort to see to it's employees' needs, happiness, and welfare. There are numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. Happy and engaging work environment overall.

Cons

Communication isn't always what it could be. Some departments seem to treat their employees differently than others - not consistent. Current economic concerns might stretch into limiting company needs a bit too much.
