      Pros

      Good benefits. Good stability for full time employees. You don't have to do a lot of work.

      Cons

      You won't promote unless you play the good ole boy system. There's no people of color in upper leadership. You can feel the racism in the company. No matter how much work you do. If somebody daddy use to work there. They're getting the job or promotion.
