      Ultra micromanaging

      I can't think of anything although I'm sure there are some things

      The most micromanaged job in all of customer service, you are first given the idea that there's advancement for doing well and then after busting your butt day after day for years you finally realize all you are busting your butt for us to not get fired. Astronomical amount of expectations of perfection with threats if you aren't absolutely perfect and literally no one can get all of what is required.
