Pros

- Loved the people I worked with - Benefits were good - Offices were being updated - Management was easy to approach when available

Cons

- Hard to move up - Repetitive work - Such a large company that you can feel at times that your role isn't valued.

Pros

Great benefits, competitive pay. Opportunity for advancement.

Cons

In the call center you are an essential employee and you are expected to be there during inclement weather. So be prepared for that, hotel arrangements are provided. During storm events mandatory overtime is enforced and regular schedules are abandoned.

Pros

Duke Energy is one of the largest utilities in the US. They have a huge presence in the southeast so if you work in utilities in the south Duke has lots of opportunities

Cons

Duke Energy's business processes are decades behind other industries.
