Business Outlook
Pros
Short weeks/longer weekends and flexibility. Being able to come in at anytime at the plant and the 3 day weekends makes it hard to want to look for a job that starts and ends at a certain time and gives you less time off.
Cons
Lots of procedures and the government oversight from the nuclear side of things. Also makes it difficult to do any other type of engineering job if you invested most of your career into nuclear.
