      Pros

      Duke Energy offers a work life balance. Co-workers are great people, and a wealth of knowledge. Good location in uptown Charlotte.

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working at Duke Energy. If I had to choose I would say they are slow to change sometimes and government like

      Pros

      flexible with time in/out. occasionally you could work from home to take care of sick children.

      Cons

      not the company that it used to be. Does not matter if you put forth extra effort or time on a project or continual basis. If they decided the group was not a core component of the company, you would be gone. Lateral moves not much opportunity for growth.
