      Pros

      Interesting place to work. Industry is quickly changing. Fair compensation and opportunities for advancement. Values employees. Excellent job security. Safety of employees and communities are very high priorities.

      Cons

      Slow moving sometimes. Heavily regulated. "Old school" mentality is still in effect in some departments. Has a stigma associated with it as a "fossil fuel burning" company.
