Good Pay, Not much more to bragg on

Cons

Understaffed, Long hours, no respect for emplyees,hire on the buddy good ole boy system, plant shut downs go 20-30days 12 - 13 hour days with no days off. Insurance sucks, revolving door for Managers

A very good technology advanced company with a large work backlog.

Cons

With all the mergers the business' don't have any idea what to do next. Some of the new managers from the mergers are not competent especially nontechnical ones in technical positions. Salaries were good to great, now with all the problems not so good increase.
