      Lots of OT due to no people to fill positions and NRC work hour rules.

      Pros

      Great Pay. Interesting Job. Variety of things to do. Trained as a Fire Fighter. Lots of support from Co-workers.

      Cons

      12.5 hour shifts. Management nickle and diming hourly employees about half an hour. Having to go through security 6 times a day. Always feel like someone is waiting around the corner to write you up/disqualify you for something. I cant understand how there is an entire department that is just there to make peoples lives miserable.

      Pros

      Company is focused on growth and continuous improvement. IT and CIO offer an outstanding service model. Lots of opportunities, good pay, and above average benefits

      Cons

      Some instances of a "boys club" in the company leadership still exist. Company mergers and acquisitions have made consolidation and eliminations necessary so some employment risk
