Pros

pay is great. they really focus on education and do all they can to get you the education needed. great benefits. always changing. keeps you on your toes and helps you grow.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism to the senior people. There are hypocritical decisions made often. They say they are focusing on one thing and then make a decision that is the complete opposite.

Pros

Duke has a family-like culture. It's a more laid back, non-stressful environment. Good work-life balance, a lot of people work from home on Fridays. They are trying to get more progressive but sometimes it seems like they are stuck in a good ol boys culture.

Cons

I enjoy working here but there is a stagnant, non-innovating air to the corporate office. They don't convert contractors very often and they rely too much on contractors.
