Duke Energy reviews

Moving many positions to contract workers. Most all of the previous retail locations and payment centers have been closed. Now, the only way to speak to a Duke Energy employee is to phone the call center.

Cross-Team collaboration is horrible. Everyone is too busy trying to protect their turf and avoid responsibility\blame. Technically inept in some departments. A lot of long time employees are using technology like it was still the year 2000. Very resistant to change and new ideas. Too many folks are there just to collect a paycheck and retire.
