Pros

As a utility, its a VERY stable company.

Cons

Extremely inefficient & political... they are a monopoly, absolutely 0 competition. Most managers have been with company for 25+ years.

Pros

Steady job. Do not have to work much, it is kind of lazy place, talk big feel good place. No over time required. Place to learn engineering by your own. Your career path is decided within to day.

Cons

No Mentoring, not enough talented people to do the job because they left. Pay is 20% lower than industry standard. HR do not care about losing talented people. Do not come to P&C engineering because of big name of the company. Other departments are good.
