Pros

Job security is great. So many projects to design. Decent pay but benefits have declined drastically. Good year end bonuses.

Cons

Management is continually making unreasonable demands to exempt employees. Salaries are well below mid-point and benefits are very expensive. Raises do not come close in covering the insurance costs. Employees are treated like second hand citizens with no respect to their most valued asset; THE EMPLOYEE!!!!

It was a great place to intern for 3 summers. The people that work there are friendly and care about making everyone feel welcomed.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about it. It was such a great experience. I would definitely start a career there.

The workers. The company's commitment to safety.

Cons

Middle management. Too political. Managers only concerned with themselves and how they can advance themselves. Managers and Directors are not leaders, they dictate and expect unequivocal obedience. Some Management set their employees up to fail.
