      Great learning opportunity as a New Grad RN. There is tons of support to aid in the transition to SRN to RN

      Poor pay, and must be very flexible with scheduling. Rotation from nights to days can be quite difficult

      This company has a great benefit package. However, the salary is almost lowest one around.

      Management has no idea what is going on in reality. They try to increase workload for all department. People start to leave and look for another job.
