Pros

One of the best attributes working for this company would be the excellent training you receive as a new graduate nurse. They offer tons of classes that are mandatory and they have dedicated preceptors who must be certified in a course before they are allowed to precept. Strong reputation which allows for unlimited potential for growth. Bragging rights!

Cons

One of the challenges with working here as anyone else will agree with is the hourly rate. My research has found that this is the lowest paying in the area with pretty pricey monthly parking costs.
