      Pros

      There are High quality physicians and good research, but nursing staff not so much.

      Cons

      Poor staffing, low Stafffing. Lots of agency and travelers and youn/new nurses because so many left from the poor treatment and nurse managers show favoritism, prejudice, and look for employees to punish.
