Pros

Good for wasting your time

Cons

This employer is looking for free employees. As you can see, all thetime they are looking for free interns. If you want to waste your time, it's a good place. Not a good atmosphere for ladies

Pros

Great location Wonderful Staff (CEO, all upper management in both modelling and digital division, accounting, etc.) Room to grow. Very autonomous working environment which is great for people who are good with organization and time management. Social environment, many opportunities to network with marketing individuals, agents, bookers, models, influencers, etc in the city. Agents are given weekly and monthly sales goals, pushing them to work harder in a positive way! Great industry, that once you realize it's for you - you'll never want out!

Cons

Unpaid December Holidays (but 2 weeks off is a bonus). Cold office in the winter!

Pros

The Montreal office is located in the Old Port.

Cons

The Influencer Marketing division in this place is terrible. Mediocre salary. No benefits or vacation days the first year. Not paid during the holidays (they shut the office down for 2 weeks with no pay). This was only mentioned after the offer was accepted. No work-life balance. The workload is very high, so staff have to work in the evenings and on weekends more often than not to get the work done, which is unacceptable considering what you're getting in return is very little. No opportunities to grow internally. No HR department. Senior management in the division show lack of appreciation and integrity and will openly belittle you in front of other staff. Even if you express yourself/that you're overwhelmed, it's like falling on deaf ears. This place was misery. Don't waste your time here.
