Decent level of Autonomy. The company pushes you to work efficiently and effectively and gives you ample opportunity to learn. Ready to answer questions and help employees succeed.

Cons

Work pressure is a little high for the compensation that they offer their employees. No benefits. No overtime although employees frequently work all hours.
