      I really like working at Dulcedo. I like that I can be remote, the benefits, upper management is easy to talk to.

      Cons

      I wish we had more budget in our benefits for therapy as I saw in other agencies.

      Incredible people and incredible board of directors. They listen to their employees and really value building relationships with every single one of them.

      Cons

      Salary could be a little higher in my opinion but the work culture is the best I’ve had…ever.
