I love the people I work with

Cons

Instead of paying current employees what they are worth they wait until they quit and hire someone else to do the same job for more money. Everyone I know stays here because they are “comfortable”, not because they like their job or are being paid enough.

Management, flexibility, and the ability to help those who truly need it. Plus, nearly everyone I interact with, esp management, is nice and very personable.

Cons

Pay... it’s a little low for the hard work done daily. I would suggest management to review raises and wages to be higher and more competitive.
