Hi, as part of the Talent Acquisition team here in the National office; I am really glad to hear that you loved that we try to create homes for the people that we serve vs. a sterile environment! Ugh, thats always a struggle when you feel like a peer is not pulling their full weight or taking their role seriously. Please in the future wether it be with us again or another employer reach out to HR if you are not feeling heard from your supervisor! It's not only important that your team mates are there to assist in the work but it's also important for each person served to be given 100% attention.

We are working diligently as I type to add HR teams into every state that we offer services. As part of this decision we are working with local HR teams to obtain more ownership of elements that should fall under the HR umbrella that traditionally operations has ownership of in the past. Our goal in building out these robust HR teams is to show the value of HR on a local level so the heart of our business (DSP's and Field staff) can be heard, and resolve the items you mentioned above.
