Pros

Best pay in the area. Independence and a great ability to grow. Hard work is rewarded and management is willing to help if you ask. Most complain to each other instead of talking with the supervisors. They always help me when I need it.

Cons

Some of my coworkers are entitled babies that are afraid to have to actually work. If everyone realized how easy it is to make money here, they wouldn't be complaining. Try a real job children.

Some good people work there. Some upper management care a lot about what they are doing, and other employees. Helping people to have/live better lives.

Cons

Benefits are awful...it should be illegal for them to advertise that they offer health benefits, since it would be false advertising.

From great to horrible in no time

Pros

Working with amazing individuals, learning so much about the field, good training process, sometimes you get a good team of staff in the homes

Cons

The training process is a lot for people to take in with only a week straight of it being jammed in their heads before they get into the homes, a lot of the time the staff sucks and are lazy as heck including positions higher then the DSP, when the minimum wage went up instead of giving everyone in the company a raise they only gave the minimum wage workers a raise (it should have been company wide). Not a livable wage. Always understaffed due to high staff turnover. Basically everything about this place is a con. Stay away from here!
