Great clients. Clients were very friendly.

Cons

Coworkers cause too much drama and arguments with others. Staff were lazy and spent more time making up rumors or gossiping than focusing on clients and their needs. Management doesn't listen to employees needs.

Decent pay, decent benefits, good clients if you are lucky but hard to come up with very many positive things.

Cons

A schedule that would change daily, and money hungry management not concerned about the client but their budget and moving up.

lots of jobs, many houses and areas to work, friendly hr people, it is a growing company and is nationwide

Cons

the direct care staff are very inconsistent and do not do a very good job. A lot of work gets dumped on managers
