Get to work with people that are intellectually disable and it's fulfilling to help them and it makes you to appreciate life.

Cons

Dungarvin seem to be very appreciative of the employees that work their and will fire an employee in a heartbeat.

Easy job depending on the site you work. Ok pay. Always have overtime. Great clients. Flexible hours

Cons

Some supervisors are not friendly or helpful. Have to drive your car but u do get mileage reimbursement.
