Dungarvin is a very good agency when it comes to staff management.Their pay may not be as much as other agency but they have good training procedures for new hire.

Great clients. Clients were very friendly.

Cons

Coworkers cause too much drama and arguments with others. Staff were lazy and spent more time making up rumors or gossiping than focusing on clients and their needs. Management doesn't listen to employees needs.
