Before I left the moto became “dungarvin is priority” it got to the point where staff would quit showing up and management got sick of helping out so they said they didn’t care if u work full time or part time if there was a no call no show to relieve you, you l would be forced to work that shift, they at one point stated they don’t care if you have kids or other commitments that job came first and if u left even tho other staff was there you would be threatened to be fired

Terrible management Abusive staff Complaints and safety are neglected not only for individuals but also for employees Terrible pay for what work you do No healthy boundaries for health or home life (you will get stuck at homes etc. Due to staff not showing, managers not scheduling properly, ignoring you etc. )

easy to work with clients and a decent pay

Cons

they dont treat the clients right money wise and to make a decent check you have to work close to or over 100 hours per pay period. working 12 hours shifts are great if you dont want a home life and other staff can call in ever week and not have any consquensise
