Pros

Dungarvin, overall, strives to ensure quality of service to the people they support, and is always searching for ways to improve the employee experience. It takes a special person to provide direct supports to individuals who need varying cares, and this is not a job fit for everyone. For those who come on board and get into their groove, what a rewarding experience!

Cons

I think the biggest challenge across Dungarvin is the being "tied" to the national and local government with regard to rates of reimbursements for services provided. Unfortunately, the social services industry is not valued by those entities, and so pay and benefits for working for a social services company are not as high as anyone would like. The reward in this agency is in the participation toward the end goal of supporting those people needing services.
