      Pros

      Flexible schedule for program managers. I personally had great staff for the most part.

      Cons

      no support from upper management. no staffing, continual dumping of work on program managers with unrealistic expectations. unsupportive to nursing mothers. continual revolving door of managers requiring current managers to cover more than their assigned houses. high stress and anxiety. constantly "restructuring" every couple years and not caring what they do with their current staff. teams are angry with the constant turnover and "restructuring". There is no consistency except that they keep turning staff.

      Pros

      Lots of down time. You get to participate in lots of fun activities for free, like going to the movies, state fair, mall of america rides all for free.

      Cons

      They take the clients words over yours any day, they come up with programs for the clients that are likely to fail and therefore setting you up for failure.
