Cons

One potential con of working at Dungarvin as an administrative assistant could be the high volume and fast-paced nature of administrative tasks. With a demanding workload, there may be periods of intense pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This could require exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency. Additionally, depending on the specific role and office environment, there may be limited opportunities for career advancement or professional development tailored specifically to administrative staff. It's important for administrative assistants to be adaptable and resilient in navigating these challenges to thrive in their roles at Dungarvin

Pros

Rewarding to work with clients

Cons

Management is straight up evil. I've been yelled at for needing accommodations for my nurodivergence. Ive been gulit tripped into taking on more than i agreed to when i started. Ive been disrespected daily by the people who are ment to support me so i can support our clients. I've had coworkers quit specifically because of BULLYING from management. I had a coworker recently tell me she got yelled at for something she didn't know (because management didn't bother to tell her) to the point of a having panic attack, then yelled at through the panic attack. On top of the abuse they're useless. I can never get in touch with my pc and neither can my regular client. I'm constantly given conflicting information by one of my managers, then chastised for doing things the wrong way even when doing something I've been directly told to do. Honestly if it wasn't for my regular client I'd have quit by now. Any interaction with any office staff is a massive, insulting pain. What's worse is they act like a clique, so if anyone complains it gets brushed directly under the rug, and you know these ghouls hold grudges
