Flexibility with hours, being able to work overtime.

Cons

No team work, no compassion, seems like management doesn't take you seriously when you bring up the same concern, no 30/15 minute breaks, you'll work with some people that only want to do the bare minimum why’ll leaving you all the heavy work.

Working with my team writhing my department.

Let’s just be honest! this place runs on poor leadership or, more often, no leadership at all. No direction, no accountability, just chaos at the top. The pay? It’s a joke for the amount of work that’s expected. Benefits? Barely worth mentioning, definitely not competitive. Support is non-existent. You’re on your own, and when something goes wrong, good luck finding help. Add in the poor gas mileage and questionable safety protocols, and it's clear the people in charge aren’t thinking long-term ,or even short-term. It’s not just frustrating. It’s exhausting. It was the worst experience iv ever had.

The MN benefits system is flawed which sets workers up to be consistently behind. This job caused increased stress, decreased mental health, and supervisors, though empathetic towards employees, cannot do anything to limit the load which causes fast job turnover.
