      There are a lot of great people that work here, some homes are managed well and have staff that care a lot about the people they suppot

      Cons

      People arnt held accountable for poor behavior because of the stafing shortage. Tthey dont match local dsp wages and are always understaffed. There are few training opportunities after two weeks when you first start. Long days and pressure to work more

      As much overtime as you can handle, clients, milage.

      Cons

      They will send you to different houses, regardless of your experience, and place you in potentially dangerous situations. Poor training. Poor managers. You are just a number, no matter how long you've been with them or how good you are at your job. The way they do their scheduling is a joke- expect many texts with an ever changing, poor quality pic of a paper copy of the schedule.
