Pros

There isn’t many pros. From day 1 you are lied to and misled on what your role is. People in charge of maintenance have never picked up a hammer yet will tell you exactly how to do your job. The interaction with residents is really nice. I enjoyed that part

Cons

Employer does very little to support job growth. There’s a lot of saying the right thing in meetings but in all actuality these people make it very clear they are there for a paycheck. Resident care is very subpar with management knowing full well what goes on. Residents are poorly treated. If you say anything you are very quickly ushered out the door. Someone really needs to look what goes on behind closed.

Pros

Nothing, the pay is okay.

Cons

They do not respect your time outside of the company. They expect you after an overnight shift to stay awake for 2 more hours to attend a meeting. But you do not get paid for the 2 hours you are forced to do that.
