      Theres always hours to pick up

      Cons

      They don't care about their works. They even kept a worker that gave a consumer a second degree burn,but fired a staff that does overnights because they staff had too many moving violations for the company. All they care about is money. The don't respect their staff. Once you work for this company you have given them your life. If you have a family to take care of , don't work for this company because your consumer will become your new life.

      Pros

      Kick back job. Helping others in need. Not much stay away. I am looking to get out ASAP. Please do not put your family members in this agency. They are closing and firing all staff.

      Cons

      Directors that don't do nothing just collect a check. Staff neglect individuals and company don't investigate they allow all this. Staff steals money from individuals and directors don't care.

      Flexible work hours. The supervisors pay a critical role in ensuring things go smoothly.

      Cons

      If you're stuck with a supervisor that isn't good at their job, it soon affects the morale of the staffs. Makes working there unbearable.
